Q2: Are your turbochargers new or remanufactured?
A: All of our turbochargers are 100% brand new, built with high-precision components and tested for balance, pressure, and durability. We do not sell reman or used turbos.

Q3: Do you provide CHRA / turbo core assemblies?
A: Yes. We provide complete CHRA (Cartridge or Turbo Core) units for many turbo models. These are balanced, ready-to-install, and ideal for quick turbo rebuilds.

Q4: Can I buy turbo parts individually (e.g., compressor wheel, actuator)?
A: Absolutely. We offer all core turbo components individually, including compressor wheels, turbine housings, bearing housings, billet actuators, nozzle rings, sensor kits, and more.

Q5: Are your turbo components universal or model-specific?
A: Some parts are universal fit (e.g., flanges, gaskets), while others are model-specific. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us with your turbo model or dimensions — we’ll match the correct parts for you.

Q6: Do you offer billet upgrades or custom wheel designs?

A: Please provide your vehicle model, engine code, or original turbo part number. Our technical team will verify compatibility before you order.

Q8: Do you offer installation instructions or technical support?
A: Yes. For most products, we provide basic installation guidance or data sheets. You can also contact our support team for one-on-one technical consultation.

🚚 Shipping, Lead Time & Warranty

Q9: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, TNT, and sea freight. Shipping costs and time vary by destination — you can request a quote before placing an order.

Q10: How long is the lead time for turbochargers and components?
A: Most standard models are available in stock and ship within 3-5 working days. Customized or special-order items may take 7-15 days depending on complexity.

Q11: What warranty do you offer?
A: We offer a 12-month limited warranty on all new turbochargers and CHRAs against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation or oil starvation.

Q13: Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
